CANCELLATION POLICY

By booking an appointment through our website, you agree to the following cancellation policy: ⸻ Cancellation Timeframe Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations. This allows us the opportunity to accommodate other clients who may be on a waiting list for services. ⸻ Late Arrivals If a client is more than 15 minutes late to an appointment, the appointment will be canceled. Deposits for late arrivals are non-refundable and cannot be applied to another date. ⸻ No-Show Policy Clients who fail to cancel their appointment within the 24-hour timeframe or do not show up for their scheduled appointment will be subject to a charge equivalent to 100% of the total appointment cost. • No Call / No Show: Clients who fail to contact us will also be required to pay the remainder of the balance from their missed appointment before being eligible to book again. ⸻ Deposit Policy DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. • Clients who cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice may apply their deposit to a new appointment. • Clients who cancel within 24 hours, arrive more than 15 minutes late, or no-show will forfeit their deposit and must provide a new deposit to rebook. ⸻ Payment Methods • We accept Apple Pay, credit cards, and debit cards. • Cash is accepted but clients must bring exact change. • Tips: Cash or Venmo/Cash App tips are preferred. ⸻ Communication Clients are encouraged to provide as much notice as possible when needing to cancel or reschedule appointments. This allows us to better serve all clients effectively. ⸻ Exceptions Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the event of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
