CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy: By booking an appointment through our website, you agree to the following cancellation policy: Cancellation Timeframe: Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations. This allows us the opportunity to accommodate other clients who may be on a waiting list for services. No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to cancel their appointment within the specified 24-hour timeframe or do not show up for their scheduled appointment will be subject to a charge equivalent to 100% of the total appointment cost. Deposit Reusability: Clients who need to reschedule their appointment may use their deposit for a new appointment if the rescheduling is done at least 24 hours prior to the originally scheduled appointment time. Payment Method: The cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card on file or the preferred payment method provided during booking. Communication: Clients are encouraged to provide as much notice as possible when needing to cancel or reschedule appointments. This allows us to better serve all our clients effectively. Exceptions: Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the event of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
